Special Instructions For Non U.S. Customers

Postage and Handling:
Items shipped to Non U.S. locations require the payment of Postage and Handling that is different from our standard rates. We have tables of costs for Canada, the European Union countries, Scandinavia, Argentina, Brazil plus rates for Australia, New Zealand & Japan.
All others countries should contact us in advance via email for a P/H quote. Some counries have restrictions.

PayPal:
If you order via PayPal, you must add an increment to the U.S. rate. PayPal will NOT do this automatically. To add this increment, when you have finished all of your item selections, click on the International P&H link for instructions.  Preview

Order Form:
If you use our Order Form, be sure to use Internationl rates. Important Note: Cheques drawn on non U.S. banks often incur large, customer payable, processing fees in order to be paid in U.S. dollars hence, we do not accept cheques from non U.S. banks. A less expensive alternative for you is to obtain a U.S. dollar Money Order from your country's Postal Service.

Shipping Weight Maximums, all locations:

Book packaging is very subject to the weight or size of the specific items in an individual order. Generally, orders of $80.00 and up involve very large books and/or substantive weight and can be expected to incur additional postage due to inter-range size and weight limitations imposed by the postal service. Orders weighing more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) are an example. We will notify you by email if a supplemental amount is required.

Delivery Time
If you need a book for a specific date (birthday, gift, etc.) you must notify us at the time of order.
