Book packaging is very subject to the weight or size of the specific items in an individual order. Generally, orders of $80.00 and up involve very large books and/or substantive weight and can be expected to incur additional postage due to inter-range size and weight limitations imposed by the postal service. Orders weighing more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg) are an example. We will notify you by email if a supplemental amount is required. |
