Contrast this nineteenth century, ghostly, maritime tale with the Elizabethen language of The Boats of the Glen Carrig . Here the slang is accurate, the accents flawless and the language fascinating. Not to mention the extraordinary story of the Mortzestus , the doomed ship attacked by the ghost pirates that repeatedly sail up from the bottom of the ocean to wreak bloody havoc on the crew.
