Generally considered to be one of the first espionage novels and still one of the best, the emphasis on navigation and small yacht sailing makes it a superb sailing story as well. It is too bad that Childers was taken from us before he could perhaps have followed this up with another similar yarn. Four pocketed maps/charts.
